DEACON ORDINATION RESCHEDULED                      SUNDAY, JULY 19                     10:30 AM          

We have rescheduled the Ordination of Quentin Henderson, Jon Gryseels & Roger Leach to the Deacon Ministry. This special event will be next Sunday, followed by a church-wide pot-luck lunch. 

BACK TO SCHOOL BLESSING FOR SCHOOL SUPPLIES           TABLE IN FOYER TODAY

We want to help families prepare for the new school year by helping to supply some of their needs. Request forms and a list of needs are available at the table in the foyer. Stop by and see how you can help these families get ready for the new school year.

COASTAL BEND FOOD BANK FOOD DISTRIBUTION           TUESDAY, JULY 14            5 - 6:30 PM

This drive-thru food distribution is FREE to all people. Bring your friends and neighbors! There are several different areas of service for volunteers. Contact Melissa @ 361-579-8286 for info.

CHURCH-WIDE COVERED DISH LUNCH            SUNDAY, JULY 19            12 NOON        

Bring a dish to share and stay for lunch next Sunday.  After a time of eating and fellowship, we will have our Quarterly Business Meeting. Plan to stay and hear about what is happening in the life of Coastal Oaks (Everyone is welcome).

CASTAWAYS THRIFT STORE                         MON - SAT.            9 AM - 3 PM                         DONATIONS ARE NEEDED!

Volunteers are welcome to come and help any day of the week.  Friday is our day to operate the store.  Designate donations (clothes, shoes, household items, furniture, toys, etc.) to “Baptist”.  Contact Susan Pope @ 316-281-5306 for volunteer information.
